Talleys are nice, I am using the TPS Steel with recoil lug , very nice fit and finish , I had great customer service from TPS direct.

All 3 are nice , Stick with the Nikon till you save up some money for a nice used Bushnell Elite tactical . simple mill dot or the G2 ret.

I am using the G2 Ret , works great, Go to you tube and look up Bushnell dmr for vids from GAP

Yes if its not right it will bow your rail and mess with the scope, Go to youtube and ck for Remington scope base bedding , a lot of info and very easy to do . If you spent the money on the Seekins might as well do it right , It may not need it but it will show how to ck for that

Ck the aluminum bedding are where the receiver sits , Do a internet search on HS bedding will give some good ideas. try to torque the front then back . I had to back mine off to 60lbs torque . HS are capable of 1/2 moa
