it's a civil infraction not criminal, there is a difference........in other words it's not a law it's a code/regulation/policy for CORPORATIONS.

have you ever wondered why the public/indoctrination schools don't teach the law? they have been getting away with it for so long because the cops and the citizens are both ignorant of the law. when the citizens don't know the law what do you get? Lawlessness or "iniquity" as Christ put it.

as for you, you should study the law and learn that a ticket is illegal in the united states, and in Michigan state.

usually in under a week I got a replacement scope.

I would rather have a warranty that I won't ever use, Issues like that should not happen under normal use. I like vortex scopes and have used the warranty too many times, but I can't afford a nightforce for all my rifles.

bushnell ranked really low according to the test results, unless I m reading it wrong. looked through a friends bushnell and the CA was really bad but he got it for the reticle anyway.
