    I ordered a standard 243 match reamer from ptg which has .148fb. The 115 dtac ended but being right at 2.9oal to the lands

    From what I can find. The only long range shoots in wyoming are in cody, laraime, and lander. Gillette has a tactical shoot on the bliss ranch in july it looks like. But so far thats all I can find. I have an email sent to one of the officers for the wyoming state shooting association but still...

    Ive a few questions. I just recived a 243 "match" reamer from ptg for lapua brass. It has .148 freebore.Can some one maybe tell me what over all length would be with a 115 vld and a 115 dtac to touch the lands? When I ordered I wanted overall length to be 2.825 ish with the dtac and .148 fb...

    Re: Savage Long action: can support 32" barrel? They put 30" bbls on from the factory on the fclass rifles they build. I'd think if the was in issue they wouldn't do it.

    Re: Gain twist on 300 win mag i built a 6.5-284 with a gain twist and i didnt see any difference in anything. couldnt use any more powder and didnt get any change in speed.
