That looks like a good start! I too like B&C stocks. They are a huge upgrade from factory Tupperware.

No 1000 yards but I play at 800 often! The 165 NBT is the same BC as the 168 Amax and I shoot them in my AR1. I shoot the 168NBT .490 BC in my bolt guns with 45 grs Varget around 2725 in 20" barrels and 2775 in my 22's. They are very accurate! I hope to draw my antelope tag!

I have been looking at them as well, but "How Do They Shoot"? Somebody has to have had shot one by now. :cool:

50-grs of Varget gives 3100fps and clovers from 20" barrels! I use NBT for varmints and targets and 125 NAB for game. POI is the same and very accurate! My 13-year old uses them to hunt.

Very nice and how my Savage 10 Precision Carbine acts. They make shooting well look easy.

Not a Sniper, Pro, etc but love Leupolds! Vortex optics are blurry to me, but I do like their features and the clicks feel very crisp. Woud like to try an SWFA some day and have only handled some of the upper brands (Night Force, SB, Bushnell, etc.) in the stores.

Savage 10 Precision Carbines suck and can't shoot well! 3-different loads and I still couldn't hit the darn bullseye! I paid $799.00 for the rifle and was doing the same as you. Love the rifle and have the bug so looking at the next level, but the Savage will shoot!

Mine liked H1000 better or 77 grains. It will be crunchhhhhhh or the case is full!

Yep NM gives DAV $20.00 combination hunting and fishing. The only good thing Bill Richardson did.

Here is my favorite, nothing fancy but a Ruger 77, 223 with 1/12 twist. I bet I have over a 1000-rounds through it now! Works well on Prarie rats too!

Another vote! Mine likes 45 grs with 168's!

Not as sexxy as most here but my first heavy gun (not my last :) ) Shoots good for out of the box!

The other branches are just jealous!

Gotta love GE! GAU13 isn't a slouch either!
