Re: difference between hard cases? I do believe that the Storm line is lower grade then the Pelican line. Pelicans are watertight, dustproof and crush proof, Storms are only watertight.

Re: Which hard gun case? I would go for Pelican instead of Storm. Storm is now part of Pelican, but a a lower grade in a sense; softer plastics. Pelican cases are "Watertight, crushproof and dustproof." Storm cases are only "waterproof." Yeah Storm is good, but Pelican is better.

Re: 2 thumbs up for Premier! Good to hear as mine will be going off to service shortly. There is an issue with the zero stop/second turn indicator, a small piece inside the turret seems to have fractured. Nice knowing that such issues will always be promptly taken care of.

Re: Gun Cases I've had an Eagle-HSRC for a few years now. Don't really remember what I paid for it. It doubles as a mat pretty well when needed. You'll have no problem putting your setup in there.
