    Remington 700 VSF - Varmint Synthetic Fluted. I used to have a 700 VS in .308. Great rifle, the 700P is very similar except for the stock. The more popular model is the VSSF - Varmint Synthetic Stainless Fluted. Pretty sure that is correct.
