have some 60 grain hornady and some win748 or acc2230 powder. but cant find any load data for a 60 grain bullet in my books. please help...

need a barrel vice for remington 700 barrel. i have a couple of aluminum blocks about 4x4x6 i can use but not sure how to go from here. any plans or suggestions would be good.....
