    I have been using a pvs14 for a while and am planning to upgrade to a ANVIS9 with Pinnacle tubes. How much will it cost me? This is only for outdoor sports but I prefer high end stuff. Recommendation for quality and reliable dealers with good prices?

    Re: ELCAN SpecterDR 1x/4x scope variations I think this is all stock. The most current production. I have yet seen a new style ARMS mount anywhere except from the SHOT SHOW pics two years ago and ..... on this Elcan! I guess .mil has all the good stuff first.
