I have a Rem 700 SA 308 sitting in a 2.0 AICS Stock. I've mounted a 4-16-42SF Monarch Scope with Low 1" Seekings Rings on a Larue 20MOA Base. When I cycle the bolt it comes within 5mm of hitting the scope. It makes it so very tight its impossible to grip the bolt on both sides. Is this...

Re: Nikon or Vortex scope? I have a Nikon Monarch and clarity is amazing, along with great eye relief thats not sensitive to where your eye is. The best undescribed quality in a scope. Ive had tons of Bushnell 3200 & 4200's but am now a lover of the Monarch Line.
