    How far down have you adjusted your sizing die? I had the same issue when making .17FB brass from .221FB and ended up having to turn the die down much tighter than I would have ever imagined. Hope this helps.

    Re: Anyone ever deprimed their finger? I didn't puncture my finger with a decapping pin but while reloading 9mm I ended up with about a 200 degree circle cut in my finger that was somehow 9mm in diameter. Hasn't happened a second time and hoping it won't.

    Re: AR 9mm magazines for Colt I would go with the original Colt mags. I have quite a few of the plastic mags and while they work ok I did have to massage the lips quite a bit to allow feeding of hollowpoints. The Colt mags have worked with everything from the start.
