    Ruger 77/22

Re: Ruger 77/22 I've got a 77/17 .17HMR, truly one of the most accurate rimfires I've ever owned. I plan to pick up a 77/22 eventually.

    Barrel for AR build

Re: Barrel for AR build Nothing wrong with 1:8, IMO it's a good middle of the road twist. I actually prefer 1:9 but 95% of the time I shoot 55gr ammo and I consistantly get the best acuracy out of my Rock River 1:9 with the 55gr garbage I feed it. When I want to sling some 75gr Tap I go to...

Larue OBR owners I need your help please

Re: Larue OBR owners I need your help please Surefire Muzzle Brakes are also intended to be used as Suppressor hosts. The SF Brakes come with shims and a small bottle of Rock Set. If your not going to mount a Suppressor on the Brake a crush or peel washer can be used.

    ar 15 for coyotes

Re: ar 15 for coyotes Rock River is a good choice, I have a 16" 1:9 chrome lined mid-length that's a real shooter with 55gr ammo. Depending on your budget LaRue is always a great option. LW50 stainless 1:8 Lothar Walther barrel, mine is scary accurate with 77gr SMK

    Another 7.62 AR decision

Re: Another 7.62 AR decision Last I heard about LaRue is they were shipping in under a week. That's been a coule weeks ago and order volume would obviously affect that. I know the Knights and LaRue uppers and lowers are interchangable, not sure about the others.

Re: How long is to long for loaded PMAGS? I have two windowed and one non-windowed that have been loaded with 30 rounds and in my patrol car for 4 years. The only time they get unloaded is when I shoot qualification once a year, never had an issue with any of them. None of these have the...
