FWIW & IMO, I ran a loaner Schmidt Bender 5-20x50 PMII Ultra Short, with a Horus H-59, on my 16" Larue OBR for quite a while and found very little to be lacking. The scope was mounted in a Spuhr SP-4036, which I still have, and about the only thing I would like to have added to the package...

Respectfully & FWIW, As a counterpoint. I consider the Gemtech Outback II to be one of the worst suppressors that I have ever had the misfortune of buying. Further, I doubled down, brilliant in hindsight, and opted for their G Core "upgrade" which has done nothing other than making it louder...

FWIW, TBAC Ultra 9 in .30 & 6.5mm and could not be more impressed. Led to a .22 Takedown(replaced so very many rimfire cans) and a .223 Ultra 7 & .338 Ultra waiting on ATF. My AAC & Gemtech cans are taking up space... Regards, Matt.

TBAC 22 Take Down by a mile... I have 17 suppressors, of which 6 are rimfire, and the the TBAC 22 Take Down is the FIRST, aside from a Gemtech HMR($550 in 2010 plus $200 for the stamp, long since discontinued, and .17 HMR specific) that I felt was money INVESTED versus spent. FWIW & IMHO...
