Re: AR15 trigger needs work You can stone the trigger assembly but the heat treat is thin and the trigger job will not last. Go ahead and buy a quality aftermarket trigger. You will be much happier in the long run. I would recommend either a JP set up as a single stage or a rock river two...
Re: Source for 1911 build parts? Mabye Nighthawk custom. I don't know if they sell stripped frames or not but they had some really nice pieces at the Shot Show.
Re: 5.56/.223 Brass ? The Federal in my experience will have a lot of loose primer pockets. I have seen primers fall out of Fed during matches and lock the trigger group up on an AR.
Re: Scharch Mfg Primed 1X fired military brass I have several 3 gun buddies that shoot this a lot. They are about 4 to 6 weeks behind on orders right now.
Re: CCI Primers at Grafs & Sons, 200's 250's #34's I just cannot buy anymore reloading supplies from Midway. I don't mind paying a little more for a product but I do mind being gouged for something just because they used their buying power to stock up.
Re: Look at these primer prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Surely the manufacturers will catch up with production. I cannot believe people would charge much less pay that much for primers
Re: 5.56 based upgrades? The Grendel is a great LR round from the AR platform. The 6.5 is a great CQB round. The two are really designed for two different roles IMO.
