Re: New Noveske with Vortex... Thanks for the compliments, I was thinking Nightforce but I'm not really sure how much I was going to like a scope. I'm more of an Aimpoint guy so I figured the Vortex was a great starter.

Re: New Noveske with Vortex... Thanks, I'm not sure about the stock though... I run CTR's on my other rifles and I'm not a huge fan of the cheek swells on the SOPMOD. I know people rave about it but I'm almost thinking a magpul PRS for it or maybe a UBR.

My meager entry. I have great expectations from this setup with the right ammo. 1:7 stainless PT so it should be well under 1moa, I'm hoping .5 with match ammo. It's a project ARES with the Knights URX rail and Geissele two-stage (SSA)-trigger.

Re: Recording Turret settings... Once I start loading a decent load I'll more than likely stick with that. I've loaded 55gr ball on my 550 but I wouldn't say it's exactly match grade stuff. This rifle deserves better so I'll just try and duplicate the Black Hills or Federal Gold Medal Match...
