    As stated - try a hotter primer - Federal comes to mind. Although I've never had issues with a Win primer and 760.

    If you stick another one, a little Kroil down the bbl. before you whack at it, will save you and the bbl. some work.

    I go no slower than Varget with an adjustable gas block. But I think H-4895 is a better choice.

    You may consider this, do both, try/test both. Let the rifle and the target tell you what you need to know about run-out. You may be surprised at how much run-out really matters - or not.
