Advice needed - bad batch of powder, primers, brass?

As stated - try a hotter primer - Federal comes to mind. Although I've never had issues with a Win primer and 760.

IMR 4350: burn rate too slow for 308?

Sometimes its all about the B.C.. Sometimes not. Also all .308s are not the same. Reloading is kind of like a math formula. There are many, many independent variables. With experience, those variables become meaningful. I know of very few cooks who follow the cook book like its LAW...

What happens if you don't put enough powder in the case?

If you stick another one, a little Kroil down the bbl. before you whack at it, will save you and the bbl. some work.

    Power pro 2000 barrel burner

Oh no, hell no. XBR is the real problem - do not buy any. Maybe then I'll get some.

What is the slowest burning powder that is safe for Semi Auto 308 AR rifle?

I go no slower than Varget with an adjustable gas block. But I think H-4895 is a better choice.

2-stage sizing process yields very low runout

You may consider this, do both, try/test both. Let the rifle and the target tell you what you need to know about run-out. You may be surprised at how much run-out really matters - or not.

Neck Resizing Only vs Full Length Resizing?

Re: Neck Resizing Only vs Full Length Resizing? If you are not concerned if your ammo will not always chambering then neck size. If you want reliable ammo - always, full length resize. I doubt you will see any difference between the two on a target face. Nore will you see any real...

Rifle Scopes Using a Lens Filter to Protect your Scope's Lens

Re: Using a Lens Filter to Protect your Scope's Lens Any optic is only as good as the worst lens in its system. Adding a cheap "filter" on something like a S&B seems a bit of a regression. Any additional glass/air surface will reduce light gathering. I fail to see that as a plus. Call one...

    Fouling rounds?

Re: Fouling rounds? It really does depend on the rifle. Best is to try different stuff in yours and see for yourself. I have many loads and rifles that care less about clean/dirty or hot/cold - cold bore or long string. There are more variables than just a fouled bore to consider.
