    New Norma 223 Rem Brass & Primed 308 Win Brass

    Picked up 1K of the primed 308 brass. Just got it in and it is nice stuff. I know it's made by Norma so it should be. From the sample (~100 pcs) I've weighed and measured, it's very consistent in weight (~1.5 gr ES), neck diameter (.333) and OAL (2.008+/- .001). Not bad for bulk brass.

    Most obnoxious muzzle brake

    Gonna date myself here but the Bushmaster Mini-Y Comp that was on my Clinton Ban era AR was absolutely brutal on bystanders and wasn't much better for the shooter. That brake, combined with some old Peltor Tac6 electronic ear pro is the reason I have to say "what was that?" so much.

    Got mine back today. They fixed the play in the stock (it was fairly minor but noticeable). Locks up tight now. Trigger is not as nice as it was but maybe it's safe now. Seems like more overtravel and not quite as light. Probably be a couple of weeks before I get to the range.

    Predator gun

    My experiences are very similar. Of course, yote hunting in the southeast is generally a close range affair. My present coyote gun is a CLE Krieger barreled 13.9 inch pistol sporting an SBA3 brace and a 1-8 Nightforce NX8.
