    So, 2-12x, reputable company, low profile turrets perfect for red dot mounting, MOA/MOA, illumination, and a blemeshied version can be had for 1300 Why do I not want this?

    In virtually every variable scope with a 1x, you end up giving up a lot on the high end magnification to get a good 1x. Id take the 2-10 and throw an offset red dot if you're worried about 1x engagment distances.

    So Ive shot it. Now, I should preface this by saying that I believe Black Hills to be the gold standard. AAC's is good for the price, but it had some significant consistency issues when compared to BH. Thats to be expected with PSA. Its budge friendly. But where BH really proves worth the cost...

    I'm just here to throw my support for light(er)weight MPVOs. Particularly if it can have low profile turrets. I'm just finding more and more that I would much rather have an offset/piggy back MRDS than any 1x setting on an LPVO.

    Not the same man. At least from what I've seen and experienced, PSA's match grade ammo hasnt been as consistent, nor has it been getting as much velo. I aint knocking it cus sub $1 a round for 77gr SMK is a solid offering, but it also isnt the same as Black Hills quality.
