Re: What are the top upgrades done to a Ruger 10/22? Agree with Hoof Get yourself an aftermarket hammer from Volquartsen or Rimfire Technologies and you'll see a big improvement. I start with this every time.
Re: Savage FV-SR info please. Picked one up this spring. Switched the stock to the Boyds SS Evolution, used the DIP trigger guard, floor plate and their 25 MOA scope mount. I've only put a 100 rounds through it so far, waited for the tax-stamp for the AAC Prodigy.
