I've been offered a trg22a1 in 308 for 3.5k. Is it worth it ? I want something that's 100% reliable to hold zero like my awsm. It's just that the trg action is only held into the chassis with screws not bonded in like AI. Should I save and just get an AX or go ahead with this trg ?

Thanks for the replies. I wanted to have a semi-auto 308 with capability to attach a thermal clip on scope or a PVS 30 sight and possibly a suppressor. I have a nice M1A that shoots well out to 600m. Will the Vltor M1A rail be solid enough to mount a thermal scope on ?
