I have for sale a beautiful like new S&B PM2 with an H59 reticle. I bought this scope new from Eurooptics.com about year and a half ago. The scope and lenses are in excellent condition with no scratches or blemishes visiable to me. I have looked through the scope several times out of the...
The only problem that people seem to have with them, and it applied to me at first also, is the stuff elevation turret. They do break in, albeit annoying that it isn't good to go from the factory. The optics are excellent for the price, and compared to most scopes 2k and under it seems to...
I vote for the S&B. I recently upgraded to a S&B, and I went through the same struggle of figuring out which scope to go with. I was able to compare all three scopes you are interested in side by side, and I enjoyed the S&B the most. It had the best fit and finish of all of them, the fact that...

I'd suggest getting the Steiner P4XI 4-16x56 from Doug @ CameraLandyNY. It's within your budget, and it delivers a ton of performance for the money, and I'd bet it will have better glass quality than any of the scopes you listed.
I bought the CT 3-24 from Midway, and I had trouble with the parallax/focus adjustment not being able to focus past about 400yds. I got a replacement sent out, and it wasn't much better and at about 550yds it had the same focus issue. I'm not sure if I got two duds, if there is a...
