The CE kits come with primed brass, can see it on the right.

Just curious, but use like 6gr pistol powder? Have never thought of rolling my own rimfire

There's load data on the CEB site which has a list of powder including pistol powder. I personally tested using 2.2 - 2.6gr of Long Shot since that is what I had on hand, but did not try any of the other powder.
