Garland appointed a special council to hide everything and run out the clock of impeachment. There's no oversight of the special council and all the information collected is compartmentalized. It could be hidden for years. Even when they complete their investigation the guy in charge gives the summary to the attorney general. The entire package can be classified to never be seen again. Example: JFK, DJT, Watergate....
