I snapped this Singing Honeyeater this arvo. I've been trying to take photos of these fellas that visit my yard for a little while now, and finally got set up to do it today.

How long before lifetime warranty is a thing of the past?

This is Eddie. Don’t know his real name but we gave him the nickname after the dog featured in American Flyer’s. They had a dog they named Eddie who would chase them viciously and was see to help improve their sprinting.

Eddie would run with us when we rode past his home. He would seriously race us and seemed to have fun. As he got older, his speed went away. To keep him from losing his spirit, we woudl race him, but always let him win. He was a good dog. Towards his latter days, he wouldn’t get up to run so we just gave him a hello. We miss Eddie. Always think about him when I ride past his home.

Yes, the real Eddie helped us with our sprinting, he always seem to get a head start. When he was healthy, sometimes we would win, sometimes he would.

This picture is the last time I ever saw him. Like all good Friends, he is missed

With the name Eddie he was obviously in the top ten of all dogs.
