That's my point. 9-0 is an odd ruling for such an ideologically split SC. I wouldn't expect that the liberal justices would have agreed to it unless somehow it benefitted the cause.

Well, well. Looks like 2 egos collided. Personally, I think Musk has a point. Most definitely has points on the "Big Beautiful Bill". I don't like big bills...PERIOD...never has their been a big bill passed that actually did anything it said it would without tons of things lurking in the background. Johnson the Johnson is absolutely no better than Nancy....pass it so we can know what's in it.
