Yep, thinking Israel will do the right thing, this go round. Fell bad for the Iranian people, as I've always like them. Hope not many of them have to pay hard, for having weak back bones.
There are plenty of good Iranians and a lot of beauty in that country. Unlike in Gaza, where Hama is embedded in the civilian population, I believe most of the objects of interest that would be targeted are in fairly sparsely populated areas.
Just like any other country there is likely a healthy majority of the population not to keen on what their guberment is up to.
I wonder if we are going to break out the B-2 and those bunker Moabs.
Israel can't do more than start a war they will expect the USA and the USA citizens to pay for and die for.
Despite the propaganda from Israel, this isn't going to be like bombing a French built reactor in Iraq or blowing up a reactor site in Syria.

I'm guessing Israel and / or us attacks Iran, then Iran has an excuse to say well they were attacked by 2 nuclear states so now we fully withdraw from all those stupid treaties (the treaties are stupid anyways no country with a brain should have signed them, Israel sure didn't) then it becomes a game of them full on working to make nukes while we keep bombing them and perhaps even try an invasion if we need a few more deaths.
Who knows how it turns out, probably in the end the mullahs will still be in charge and lots of USA treasure and blood will have been spent.
Maybe we go do the silly thing and try to invade the place (because that has worked so well recently).
Maybe the Russians and the Chinese use that for fun to give us a little payback for "helping" the Ukraine.

But for Russia this is great news as they can use that as the excuse to just flatten the Ukraine and if the USA wants to complain they can just point fingers at all the rubble and blowed up stuff all over Iran.

Having all the materials almost there, technology, and such ready to go when the political will is ready is a bit different from full bore into production and testing / making things ready for use.

Neither Israel or Iran is capable of deploying any level of troops in each others nations. They won't do much more than what is already going on. Israel will hit the facilites they think they need to. Iran might launch some not so accurate missiles drones and fund proxys to attack.
Other than that... par for the course.
