Its not a flow through can. It has a massive over bore size for 5.56. That means its going to perform like shit on an AR. Its Physics. Its also 16-18oz, heavy as fuck for a modern can.
Griffin outside of their taper mounts (which i have a metric shit ton of) isn't known for making high quality ARs and parts. Its not their wheelhouse. Their cans are not the best quality either, are heavy and do not meter great. The Recce 5K is a nice little SBR can but still has a little too much back pressure compared to modern, better designed cans for running on ARs.
Now feel free to waste a bunch of money on inferior products when there are proven, well documented rifles/can combinations out there that would be a much better fit for most users. There are a ton of better options than what you listed. Griffin also has the habit of ripping off designs and aesthetics, namely KAC which pisses some people off.
