how can you call it 'tangible personal property, when you don't 'own' any part of the service?
I'm sure the retarded judges leaned on the word 'experienced'.
If I experience 'Joy', will that now be considered 'Tangible' and will I get taxed?

"The term "tangible" refers to something that is real and can be touched or experienced. It is often used to describe physical objects or benefits that are capable of being perceived by the sense of touch. For example, tangible assets have a measurable value, while intangible concepts are more abstract."

he must be confident that their schools are brainwashing the kids.

That will be a hot topic (again) soon here. Dems are looking for anything to save their clown show (except changing their insane positions on everything). I remember them making a push for this years ago, because they know the 16-18 vote will be almost completely Democrat.

i wouldnt bet on that. Dems lost MOST OF the 18-25 demographic. the teenagers are tired of dem lunacy being shoved down their throats since grade school. many have rebelled against it.
