Why train the replacements, when you can import those that already have training. This will get ugly fast.
All of Great Britain, Ireland, and Western Europe is already extremely ugly.
I think I posted a couple of years ago I went to Holland/Belgium on a business trip with my wife and kids, and while she was in meetings on a Tuesday morning we went to a little kids theme park sort of like six flags. We were the only whites there. It was packed with huge Middle Eastern families, clearly mother, father, and a dozen kids, on a Tuesday morning.
I have said it many times, socialism actually works when all the people share the same language, culture, history, and generally want the same things (which is why it worked for a couple of generations in Scandanavia). But, once you introduce diversity, and especially uneducated third world crap cultures, it completely falls apart, and that is where Europe is right now. They are being bankrupted by violent freeloaders sucking up all their state benifits and contributing nothing but crime and destruction.
They absolutely deserve everything they get. Rome did the same damn thing with the Germans till they were so weak and self loathing Alaric and the Visgoths almost walked right in and sacked the shit out of it.

It looks like the Spaniards have watched a lot of American westerns. They are starting to play Cowboys & Muslims.
in the 1930s Spanish played hard down and dirty. maybe they still will again. we should.
