Not sure about this. New Mexico chili has no beans, no beef and no tomatos. It has green chile, pork, onions, garlic and taters. Definitely not red either. (guess you can put red chile in too, sorry) Also spell it Chile. Guess that means we all get a choice of what we like. Cincinnati chili is really weird with nutmeg and chocolate too so guess it takes all kinds.

For whomever was asking above. I cook pork shoulder/Boston Butt on a smoker to 195 internal, take it off, wrap in foil for an hour and pull it. Takes that temperature and time to break down the fascia/connecting tissue, so it will pull. Works for me.

Had a buddy with one of those. He lived on a house boat on the lake. Kept a speed boat and I would pull him on that damn thing till we ran out of gas. He couldn't get on plane behind the house boat on it.
