All of the forward rails and extended rails I've seen for wedge prisms, etc have been custom or special order. Does anyone have an off-the-shelf embedded front rail that works with ELR barrel diameters? Is there a clamp-on picatinny rail that's rigid enough to mount to my existing scope rail?

The Bravo and Charlie Taracs can also be mounted directly to your scope via magnet mount. Just throwing out another option
I have both the Charlie and the NF Prism I run on my Cadex 375Ct. The chassis rail line up so no shift in POI with either. My barrel is 1.450 to 1.310 at 36 inches.
Who makes a clamp on rail that is rigid enough to not lose POI?
The NF has better light transmission then the Charlie You don't notice it on sunny days but when overcast or other lower light conditions you can tell. They both work great. I had some ELR shooters at Shot Show tell me the NF has a slight POI shift, but I checked mine and I couldn't see a shift when shooting in a range. I prefer the NF cause of the brighter light transmission. Mt NF is 29.8 mils and the Charlie was set at 60 mils. Now the newer Charlie are sapota have better mirrors.

Mine has a bit of a yellow tinge that isn't a big deal but it's definitely a change from having it off. The NF seems clearer also.
Both of them show a horizontal shift during a tall target test. Mine is .4 Left, his is .5 right.
I've actually been meaning to sell my Charlie and grab an NF.
If I was gonna do the Charlie I'd go for the one that is adjustable on the fly. That would be tits to save stacking prisms or what ever
