I have taken a break from loading since I moved. My basement is now finished and am planning a workbench out but don’t want to make a mess with dirty cases down there.
I’d like to decap all my brass outside on my back porch and wet tumble it before bringing it inside. It doesn’t seem like there are many great portable options for this and maybe an arbor press mounted to a piece of wood could work? Also one of the handheld units?

I use this one for most of my de-priming. I used to use it for everything, but the last few years I've started switching to Alpha brass for any new barrels and Alpha's primer pockets are butthole tight and the hand primer gets old really fast. If your brass doesn't have crazy tight pockets the Harvey tool works well and can be done outside, watching TV, etc.

Why use a press at all? I've done thousands with this tool.

Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series Hand Deprimer Tool
I have that tool also and it works well....just tough on my old, little girl, hands...especially if decapping 500 cases or so! haha

Also, the pin is too fat for Lapua LR (and I guess SR) flash holes....so, I got a cheapo Lee decapping die as they make a thinner pin for it and I just wail away.

If that's what you really want to do....I'd look around for an inexpensive used arbor press and put a Lee decapping die in it.....clamp it to whatever table you have outside and decap away.

Why not decap on your main press with a decapping die? Its not really messy as far as I have experienced.

I experienced this too, so I chucked the decapping rod in a drill and used sandpaper to slowly remove material until it fit through the smaller flash holes in Lapua brass. You're not wrong about the hand fatigue when getting through several hundred though. For bulk loading, I'm just running it thought the 750XL.
