    New McMillan HTG, couple questions,,,

Re: New McMillan HTG, couple questions,,, The larger recoil lug cutout wont be any problem, just make sure it is secure when it is bedded. Also 65 inch/lbs will be fine if you have aluminum pillars otherwise I think that too much torque will crush the area around the screws, and locktite will...

Rifle Scopes Moa or Mil, which is easier to learn?

Re: Moa or Mil, which is easier to learn? Either one is very easy to learn and shoot with. It just depends on weather you want to think in inches or mils. Mil/mil seems to be the current popular choice, and will be more expensive in some cases.

    Rifle Scopes Optimal LEO Scope

Re: Optimal LEO Scope I give another vote the a Nightforce F1, they are more or less indistructable and track perfectly, but if you have to the means to obtain a S&B PM2, I suggest you do it. It's everything the F1 is, with a little clearer glass, and soon the 3-20 model will be available...

Rifle Scopes Schmidt and Bender 5-25x56 Help Needed !!!

Re: Schmidt and Bender 5-25x56 Help Needed !!! I dont recommend a .223 for 1000 yard shooting. You would be better served by a 308, and even better by a .243 or .260. The mounts accuracy international makes are very nice, and sturdy and should hold up very well. I think you should check out...

    AX AICS?

Re: AX AICS? I dont think they are in stock yet, but I am eagerly waiting for them. I think the remington actions should just drop right in, as long as the recoil lug fits. Also the cut out for the bolt handle may need to be opened up a little for the handle to close.

Rifle Scopes Ready to purchase first ACOG-but can't decide-help

Re: Ready to purchase first ACOG-but can't decide-help I suggest this: http://swfa.com/Trijicon-35x35-Acog-Rifle-Scope-P551.aspx The reticle would be very handy, and easier/faster to get on target when hunting hogs. It doesnt have too much magnification to hinder you when up close and...
