Need a flush cup in a hollow stock or forend? Look no further!

I came across these online, and thought they'd be perfect for a couple fiberglass AR freefloat tubes I made. It just happened that I used a 1/2" bit for my vent holes so they go right in! Impact Weapons Components This will be perfect for hollow stocks too, such as my HS stock, it'll be...

AR Trigger Adjuster - $15 well spent

I like it, like this but easier Junk Yard Genius.com AR-15/M-16 Pages, page 1. I did the "$0.50 trigger job" and used JP springs & JP oversize pins + 50% moly grease from a hide member, makes for a nice clean 4-lb trigger make sure you use some loctite on the set screw

    Anderson Manufacturing ???

I haven't had hands on experience with their uppers but I recently built my first 3 ARs with their stripped lowers ($75 local to me at a shop) and everything seemed great. Cope's distributing had Anderson blem uppers @ $45 and shipping is $10 per order. Had I known that before buying random...

    Trimmed brass too short....

Should be fine, you just have .035 less neck holding the bullet. You won't have to trim for a bit! Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk

But 55gr ball ammo shoots fine, just the handloads are tumbling. The velocity is just off, that has to be it. The info I found and pasted earlier is strange, showing too much powder caused tumbling with these bullets Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk

    St. Mark's Powder

I bought some powder from a guy that works there a while back, he told me they make ball powders for everybody, at that time at least they only made ball powder, if that helps. Looking at their site I see Winchester Hodgdon & Ramshot labels

    AR15 keyholing

I looked earlier at Nosler's offerings and noticed that their match bullets are not available in 55gr, you either have 52gr Custom Comp or 55gr Varmageddon (they're available with and without the polymer tip). I ran a quick search online for "varmageddon keyholing" and saw a couple mentions of...

    AR15 keyholing

OP says 55gr ball ammo doesn't keyhole. I assume you don't have a chronograph, I'm thinking it's a velocity issue. Either low powder charge, or you need to adjust the seater to put a light crimp on them. Being flat base bullets, are you flaring the neck to seat the bullets? Any issues with...

    New Budget SPR Build

Thanks guys, Anthony they are right at 1" from rail to center, I'm not sure if it would clear a top rail though so depending on what kind of handguard you have you might have to go higher for that
