    Since you have an acceptable twist for them, I say go with the 53gr. Slightly lower velocity, with slightly greater BC...but a lot nicer to seat the bullets with the boat tail!     Re: Stills from crappy high speed video This is just a point and shoot! Nikon AW100, and the videos are only shot at 240 frames per second. These were on a mostly cloudy day, in sunlight the quality jumps up a fair amount. Try setting it to 420fps, it'll help quality wise and still slow down...
