    From reading the description for the Tenacity it appears to use the same threads as a Remington 700. Are you using the Criterion Remage barrel for it? I have one on a Remington action and wouldn't mind stepping up to a similar setup on a custom action.

    The holes in the top of the handguard are very small and there is almost no clearance between the barrel and the handguard. There might be a way to mount something on there, but I doubt there are any off the shelf options.

    I've had an MPR for just over a month and so far I like the way the chassis fits me and performs. The stock locks up tight, it was easy to adjust and the magazines feed well.

    Although I wasn't using it, I did see a few 6.5 PRCs at the Vortex Extreme Challenge this year. There were a handful of guys running their hunting setups, so I even noticed a 7SAUM and a team with 6.5-300 Weatherby's.

    What's the most stupid thing you've been told?

    At a Sportsman’s I watched a young couple talking to one of the employees about getting a handgun for her to learn to shoot and carry concealed. The employee quickly pointed out that they would need to look at the revolvers because semi auto handguns aren’t reliable enough for self defense.

    I did the same thing. I've been wanting to order a PST II from there, but didn't want to wait months for it. When I saw the current deal I decided I might as well give it a shot. Mine should get here Monday, so about a week after ordering. Definitely beats the Vortex ship times!

    Suppressors Gemtech QDA opinion

    I have wondered as well. I have two 22 cans and have thought it would be nice to not mess with the thread protectors in between shoots. I don't know that they would fit in the pouches that I have with the suppressor side adapter attached.
