Fed 215 Primers versus other Magnum Large Rifle primers
couldn't find any 215/215M when my 338LM was done (as that is the most common primer in the reloading pages). Found Winnys local. My ES was 8. I havent and see no reason to try and source/pay premium for 215s.- tndonor

What 338 LM Bolt Action??
I had a 338LM built last year. I went with a Defiance Tactical, a Bartlien MTU barrel, badger M5 DBM, Calvin elite trigger all sitting in a bedded McMillan A5. All spun up by a quality smith. Photos .338 Lapua Magnum vs. Bus Engine!
May not have worked on this motor....appears to be a B series Cummins, one that is all mechanical except for the fuel solenoid (many people put that on a manual cable once the OEM failed).Im having an emotional response to seeing a Cummins 5.9 die like that.- tndonor

Hunting & Fishing Elk rifle suggestions.
The theme (to which I agree) is there are fewer choices that wont take elk than will. You likely wont take a 1084 yard shot across a ravine despite what youtube would have you believe. Here in Colorado, the limitation is impact energy at 100 yards. I believe some .243s make the list. Good...- tndonor

Pelican for longer rifles?
Same dilemma last year for me. I opted to take the brake or suppressor off and put a thread protector on each time I store it. I was able to keep it in a Pelican 1750. For the extra $200, it seemed like a no brainer . A year later, it has not phased me or caused me to wish I had spent the coin...- tndonor

why so many rifles with efr/clip on rails...
As parts and manufacturer stickers add horsepower to vehicles......rails add tightness to groups, some extra BC through neutralizing the barrel harmonics, and a few other things I forgot, Ill pay better attention to the guy next to me at the range next time when he explains it again to me- tndonor

Maggie’s Scuba Divers
Most of my diving has been in the Caribbean. My favorite spots are actually freshwater in the Smoky Mountains National Park and Lake Kiowa in South Carolina. The stuff you find in lakes was half the allure to see what you would find. Not many swimmers or divers to contend with when the water is 55F- tndonor
