Looking for a rifle course close to home (NM) that is for geared towards the new/inexperienced rifle shooter. Rifle Scopes Help/Recommendation needed for rings and base
Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced set of rings and base for mounting a scope with 30mm tube and 42mm objective (SWFA SS 3-15) onto an AR15 flat top and also for a Savage 10FPC-K (short action .308)? Thanks for all advice and recommendations- Deputy D.A.

Rifle Scopes Are the Primary Arms and BSA 4x14 the same components as Falcon Menace 4x14?
Sully, Is the glass quality you described above on the newer SWFAs 5-20 also true of the 3-9 and 3-15 or are your experiences with the new SWFAs just the HD models? Thanks- Deputy D.A.

Savage 10 FCP-K or Rem 700 SPS...any significant reason for one over the other?
Are the bolt and extractors on the Savage as they come in the box pretty poor? Any suggestions on reasonably priced fixes/modifications. And I realize reasonably is almost a worthless word as it varies in everybody's perception, but something in the $100 price range...less is always great. Thanks- Deputy D.A.

If you want to discourage open carry in lieu of concealed carry, then make concealed carry legal in every jurisdiction and don't require a license that costs $100 or more for license, background check, fingerprinting, etc. and requires the time and cost of a course, and renewal every few years...- Deputy D.A.

The warrant is not an order to the individual who owns the home/place to be searched, but to the officer(s) executing the search. I would happily purchase one, especially for the prices you paid and have heard of. However, I have not seen one for sale anywhere and even the listings that sold in the past few months were all in the $575--$625 range. I am certainly not married to the FCP-K, but it seemed to be a reasonable choice based on features and price. I have only owned one other rifle--AR-15--for a few months.
