    I'm thinking of cutting the barrel of my m&p 15-22 down to 10 inches then pinning and welding a sleeve on the end for my suppressor to slide into. If I do for a very short time like 5 minutes it would be a sbr with out tax stamp ... Verry scary After the extension is in place with an overal...
