    Resizing with small base and neck die

    RCBS small base die and Hornady Match neck sizer. I know the sb die does the neck too but looking for more consistentcy. I’ll take the mandrel out of the sb die. I’m using the sb die since the ammo will be in a semi auto. Do I have to? No but gives me piece of mind.
