I don't have the 338 barrel yet, and t be honest, once I get it, I'll need to get a couple hundred rounds down the pipe before I feel like I am qualified togive a valid opinion on it. With regards tot he 300WM, the combo is more then enough. For a 338LM, maybe the atlas 5H is a little better...- canuckistaninia

I loved my TT, until I had a mini PRS match... When I cycled the action quickly, slamming the bolt forward, it would fail to cock my 5r. adding a muzzle brake but not sure which one
I don't want to derail the topic, but I have to agree. With my 5r (308 with no brake) if I load the bipod properly, and have good form, I can see my own splashes at 300 yards. Barrett MRAD- Helpful Advice from actual owners/users?
I believe you also need to pick up the breech conversion kit. My understanding is that 1st gen MRADs need them to run the new conversion kits.- canuckistaninia
