    Re: The Pacific and Band of Brothers yes i do agree with that, but what band of brothers lacked also was the similar last part that the pacific had. On how each soldier dealt with the war upon return to home. I thought that was what made the Pacific great at the end.

    I just finished watching both mini series by HBO on the Pacific and European Theatre's of WWII. And i have to say it is a must see! One of the best series/movies on WWII in my opinion!

    Re: What optic do you use on your hunting rifles? Nikon 3x9x40 on a 25-06 ruger m77. im very pleased with it although i would like a litte more magnification when im streching out for a further than 250 yard shot.

    Model 1917 Eddystone

    My father has a model 1917 Eddystone that is in pretty rough shape and i was looking to restore it back to shooing condition for him. I am not totally familiar with the rifle and i am just looking for any tips and or things to look for or at when taking it apart and reassembling it. Thank you!
