    I have an old Liberty can, a Shoofly if I remember correctly. It's the same diameter as a 10/22 bull barrel. A little longer than some, but just as quiet. I can get dimensions if you'd like.

    Manufacturers and chamberings There's a spec, and they will all be to that spec within a tolerance. That means barrel A may not be cut exactly the same as barrel B, but it's close enough that factory ammo can safely be fired in each.
