    Doing it yourself is half the fun, and there is no investment to protect. You are not going to damage anything if you screw up. Worst case scenario is you have to debond/bond again.

    Just follow samb300s instruction on the youtubes. Only advice I'll give you is get some extra bonding material from gsprifles in case you run out of time. The bonding material is supposed to be good for an hour but @ 45 mins or so it is pretty tough to work with.

    Get the AT now. If you don't like it there is AO. Or you can get the ATX chassis for AI that should be out by 2028. This way you won't be wasting any time not shooting an AI.

    Something else to keep in mind is that Minox offers 30yr warranty for ZP scopes for the original owners as long as the scope is registered with Minox within 90 days of the purchase. The second owner gets 15 year total warranty.
