    Hard case for 110 BA?

    I have a Pelican 1750 that is about 1 1/2" too short for my Savage 110 BA 300WM. I need about 51" plus, inside. Any advise? I'd like a hard case if it's not crazy expensive.

    I'm gonna try loading 178 BTHP's in some new Hornady Match brass. I've been using Lapua. Wanna start using some Hornady now, see how it compares. I have IMR4064 and 8208XBR to play with. Would the 4064 push the 178 better than the 8208? I thought somebody somewhere told me the 8208 was better...

    I've got a few boxes of 178 BTHP blems from Midway. If I'm loading 41.9 of IMR4064 in Lapua brass for 178 AMAX, where should I start to load the 178 blems? Are these supposed to be the same as Hornady 178 BTHP?

    It looks like my trigger sets inside a "housing", and there is enough slack to allow it to rattle in there. I'm hoping I can shim it in there to take out some slack.

    I really liked the accutrigger, too. Mine went bad because I pull the trigger back and to the side. You think if I could shim one where it took out the side slop, it would tolerate my off-angle trigger pull? Until I refined my pull. Are shims possible and do-able?
