    1426 yard deer

Re: 1426 yard deer I've always liked this quote, not sure where I found it or who wrote it, but it seems to come up from time to time.... "I mean, is there some magical range at which it becomes shooting rather than hunting? There are the muzzleloader/.45-70/.30-30 crowd that says anything...

    Photos Return from S. Africa

Re: Return from S. Africa Looks like a good hunt. What part of SA were you in? Can you tell us the name of the company that walked you through customs? I've looked at one of them but not sure about it. What is the process for taking your suppressor?

    Rugby World cup

Re: Rugby World cup Nbc& universal sports are showing a few games. To get all the games I purchased the online packages from universal sports. I have it wired to my tv, picture kind of sucks due to most of my stuff being low-tech. Last world cup you could purchase a channel with all the...

Re: Rugby World cup Just getting caught up on the games, enjoyed the USA v Russia. You can see the current mindset of our politicians, sending HRC whilst Russia sends that hottie.....SA v Fiji should be an entertaining game, going to try to watch it live. Looking forward to NZ v France, you...

    Rugby World cup

Re: Rugby World cup The only thing I get excited about on TV is the World Cup. It's tough for Americans to see the cup this year since NBC/Universal sports has the rights to it. They are only showing 8 games! I figured out how to rig my computer to my TV and was able to purchase the whole...

    Movie Theater Burzynski

I found this on the documentary channel the other night. If anyone here has been through the horrors of cancer with family members this will be particularly interesting. It's hard to believe this is really possible. I lost my mother to pancreatic cancer just over a year ago. I fought tooth and...

    Suppressors Travelling overseas with supressor

Re: Travelling overseas with supressor I'm not sure about Europe, but from what I know about traveling to South Africa is that it is bad news to travel with a caliber that is currently or commonly in use by military, 308, 338lm... This is why I shoot a 7mm rem mag.

    7MM Rem Mag reload results

Re: 7MM Rem Mag reload results When working up loads for my 7mm mag I had a promising combination with H4831sc and the 162g SST's. I weighed a bunch of the SST's and they varied quite a bit so I abandoned them as a choice and the H4831sc didn't show good results with the berger 168's so I...

7mm Rem Mag Powder Input Sought

Re: 7mm Rem Mag Powder Input Sought My 7mm likes H1000, I tried Re22, retumbo and 4831sc. The 4831 was promising but couldn't get the velocities I was looking for in the 168g bullets.

    Hunting & Fishing Kansas Outfitters

Re: Kansas Outfitters I've not heard of them, but that's not saying much, I always hunt on friends land. I have a long time family friend that operates Old School Guide Service in Oskaloosa Kansas (NE). He has had good success rates in the past and really works hard for his hunters. I...

Need help on reloading setup for 7mm mag

Re: Need help on reloading setup for 7mm mag By all means start low and work up, but you shouldn't have any problems with magazine length on a sendero. Mine has plenty if space left with the 168's seated to the lands.
