    Well guys I finally got a chance to attempt 2500 yards. I set my target up and drove to my mile firing line and lazered the opposite direction to the base of a hill. 740 yards. When I got to that spot the ground was angled just so that I couldnt see the target due to one tree limb in the way...

    Re: 338 norma at 2100 yards Thank you for the clarification Jonathan. This weekend my course will be a nice train up for the Frost! I added another stage we will shoot at my place. You can only see half a target just over a tank damn at 717 yards...good stuff!

    Re: 338 norma at 2100 yards Cali believe what you want man. I also weigh to the granual but am using H1000. I have just got some N570 and that stuff looks like mini sticks of dynamite compared to H1000! Im about to get a bullet tipping die too so maybe this will help with some of the ELR...

    Re: 338 Norma Mag build finished! Yes animal it is the 300 gr berger! Jazz I kill between 50 and 200 doe every year for my brothers cloning company. Just about all are head shots inside 250 yards. Past that i go to a high shoulder shot. They all seem to drop regardless of where they are...

    Re: 338 norma at 2100 yards Cali I have a 40 moa base and plus a 20 moa alpha mount so 60moa in the base/ring set up. also I have a leupold Mark4 16x that has 140 moa internally. The way it is set up I can dial from 100 to 2575 yards before holding over the target.
