Rifle Scopes USO SR8 1-8 Reddot; worth it?

Wrong. The swfa is a low cost commercial scope. The U.S. Optics is a military grade, SHTF optic. No comparision. Beside superior optical quality and build quality, it also has a true daytime bright red dot. Not a weak, sometimes visible, dark red illuminated circle as the swfa. You purchased...

Rifle Scopes So, I've got a SN-4 US Optics 1.5-6 coming

The USO is a true miltary grade, SHTF scope while the Vortex only serves as a gun game scope. The Vortex has a BDC only reticle and weighs 24 ox. without mount. While it offers good clarity and a daylight visible dot, had Vortex put in a capable ranging reticle, reduced the weight, and offered...

Rifle Scopes ONGOING Changes at USO

The 1.5-6X DFP model has been removed from the U.S. Optics webpage. I assume they are making room for the new 1-6X model with red dot. :-)

Rifle Scopes Mini Review - Mepro 21 Reflex Sight with triangle

"Even when in a dark room looking outside on a sunny day - you can still barely see it..." This is perhaps a clue why this optic is not being readily accepted for SHTF applications. Struggling to see a barely visible reticle in a split second encounter is a no go.

Rifle Scopes Leupold Mark 6 1-6x Illumination Issues

When I called in I asked for technical support. I then asked the technician as to when the illumination was upgraded to fix previous issues. He looked thru a log that he had and found that it had been fixed in units produced in 2013 with a "Y" at the end of the serial number. I was getting ready...

Dave: Will we ever see a U.S. Optics 1-4x scope with a daylight visible dot? Thanks!

Rifle Scopes Leupold MK6 1-6x (TMR or CMR) vs Swarovski 1-6x BRT ?? Defense, 3gun & hunting use.

Thanks for taking the time to do this! Both reticle options for the Mk6 offer true ranging capabilities where the Swaro and Votex have only BDC versions which are well suited for gun games.

Does anyone has a reticle picture of the illuminated TMR-D in bright sunlight? Thanks in advance!

Rifle Scopes ANNOUNCING Steiner Military/Tactical Rifle Scopes

Re: ANNOUNCING Steiner Military/Tactical Rifle Scopes According to what I've read here, the Steiner and Burris units are made at the same factory. Note the similarities between the Steiner 1-4x and the Burris MTAC 1-4x. While the reticle illumination may be brighter in the Steiner, I would...
