    Need spotting scope input.

    I'm looking for a spotting scope $400 and under. The farthest out I'd need would be 300 yards, It would mainly be for .308, but some 5.56. Currently, I'm looking at the Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 20-60x80 or the new Bushnell Excursion 15-45x60. I would like your input as no one near me has one...

    Re: Scope mounting M1A socom II? Sorry, forgot to add that I have the sage ebr stock. I'm not sure how the sage stripper clip mount would line up with the socom II rails. You could always give Sage a call and see what they have to say.
