    Re: Rifle suggestions for Jr. shooting in F/TR? I bet you would find he could shoot something like the Savage 12 Long Range Precision in 6.5 Creedmoor / 260 Remington without any issues. The gun weighs 12.5 lbs with a scope. I have one and the gun barely moves.

    I recently had a barrel threaded for a suppressor. Using a ball mic to measure the barrel seems to be .008 thicker at the 6 o'clock position than it is at the 12 o'clock causing me to think the thread job is .004 off center. My question is - is this normal and within acceptable tolerances?

    Re: Mounting using feeler gauges, any tips..? Bumping an old post but I would add even if they get stuck just tighten everything down and then remove the scope from the rail. No need to pry them out.
